These terms govern your use of PlanetBurger.com. By using the site, you agree to them. This is a starter version; please have it reviewed by a qualified professional.
Using PlanetBurger
PlanetBurger is a free resource for finding burger restaurants, recipes, guides and gear. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy large parts of the site, scrape it, or use it in a way that disrupts it for others.
Our content
Restaurant details, prices and hours change often. We work to keep listings accurate but can't guarantee them, so check with the restaurant before you go. Recipes and cooking tips are general information: follow safe food-handling practices and cook ground meat to safe temperatures.
Affiliate links and sponsored listings
Some links to retailers earn us a commission at no extra cost to you, and some restaurant placements are sponsored and labeled as such. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
What you send us
When you suggest a spot, claim a listing or contact us, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it, and you allow us to use it to update and improve the site.
Third-party sites and liability
We link to restaurants, retailers and other sites we don't control, and we aren't responsible for their content, products or policies. The site is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, PlanetBurger isn't liable for losses arising from its use.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions? Reach us through our contact page.
