Bambi Bar

Bambi Bar is a classic neighborhood bar on Bardstown Road, and its burgers have earned it a place among the Louisville area's top five highest-rated burger spots in a 2025 ranking. It is the kind of place where a simple burger and a cold beer are the whole point.

Locals bring it up in burger threads alongside better-known names, so it is a good choice if you want a relaxed, unpretentious stop. Go in expecting a dive bar and you will feel right at home. It works well as part of a Bardstown Road bar crawl, too.
