Our Take
Carl's OG3 Burger Shop is a small burger spot on Young Street that has built a strong following with diners. Its burgers are known for generous toppings and a bold house sauce, and the toppings-to-patty balance won praise in KHON2's 2025 Honolulu burger challenge, where both tasters ranked it second.
It is a good alternative to the better-known names if you want a messy, saucy burger away from the tourist areas. Grab extra napkins, and check its online ordering page before you go for current hours and specials.
