Chuck's Trading Post is a small spot on 36th Street, the main drag in Hampden. Its burger uses two Black Angus patties with American cheese, pickles, caramelized onions, shredded lettuce and a smoked garlic-onion aioli on brioche, a combination that is rich without being fussy.
