Our Take
Cosmo Burger started as a carryout pop-up inside Dodson's in Waldo and opened its own East Crossroads shop in 2025. The burgers are thin patties pressed on a flat-top, with American cheese, grilled onions, house-brined pickles and a tangy sauce on a soft bun, in single, double or triple form.
Tots are the side to get, and the Crossroads shop added fries and milkshakes. Beyond Meat patties and gluten-free buns are on the menu too, so it is an easy pick for a mixed group.
