Disco Burger

Disco Burger began as a kiosk at Varsity Club in the River Market and opened a Brookside location at 63rd and Cherry in 2026, starting with a to-go window. The signature Disco Burger is a lacy, crisp-edged smash burger available with one, two or three patties, with vegetarian and vegan versions too.

Crinkle-cut fries and patty melts round out the menu. Check the restaurant's social media before you go, since the Brookside dining room was still opening in stages in 2026.
