Divine Bovine Burgers

Divine Bovine opened in 2019 and has become one of Tucson's top burger picks, finishing second in Copper Courier's 2025 reader vote. Owner Ben Rine uses a custom beef blend and buns from a local bakery, and you can swap in bison, chicken or an Impossible patty. The house Divine Bovine has garlic dill pickles, tomato jam, sherry-buttered onions, white cheddar and bacon.

The menu has playful burger names, the fries are triple-fried and the beer list runs past 60. The open kitchen lets you watch your burger come together.
