Grind Burger Kitchen

Grind Burger Kitchen is one of Louisville's best-known burger restaurants, with a NuLu location on East Market Street and a spot on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. The burgers are one-third-pound patties of fresh-ground, grass-fed beef, and the Southern Burger with sharp cheddar pimento cheese, bacon and spicy dill pickles is a very Louisville order.

You can also build your own, and there is a house veggie burger made from chickpeas, lentils, mushrooms and quinoa. With more than 50 bourbons behind the bar, it is an easy place to sample the local spirit too.
