Harriet's Hamburgers

Harriet's Hamburgers opened at Optimist Hall in 2020 and has since grown to a sit-down restaurant in Ballantyne and a location in Concord. The core menu is short and focused: hamburgers and cheeseburgers, plus a Minneapolis-style Jucy Lucy with the cheese sealed inside the patty.

Don't skip the cheese curds, made in the style of the Minnesota State Fair. The Optimist Hall stall is easy to combine with other food hall vendors, so it works well for groups who can't agree on dinner.
