Our Take
Hires Big H has been a Salt Lake City fixture since Don Hale opened the original in 1959, and the 700 East flagship still has a family-run, old-school feel. The Big H is the burger to order, and local guides point out that it comes with fry sauce, the pink, tangy dip Utah is known for.
