Our Take
Kuma's Corner started in Chicago's Avondale neighborhood in 2005 and brought its heavy metal burger bar to Fountain Square. The burgers are big and loaded, and most are named after metal bands, from the Iron Maiden Burger to the Black Sabbath Burger, with rotating monthly specials on top of the regular lineup.
It has a strong craft beer and spirits list and has been featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Fountain Square is one of the city's best nightlife pockets, so it is easy to make an evening of it.
