Mighty Fine

Mighty Fine is a burger kitchen from chef Nathan Hardin, run in collaboration with Late Start Brewing on East Cass Street. Local critics have called its smash burgers some of the best in Tampa Bay, and the Classic Boi, a double served with waffle fries, is the one to try.

The menu also covers sandwiches, small plates and breakfast items, and the brewery pours its own sours, IPAs and porters. There is outdoor seating with views of the downtown skyline, but parking is very limited, so consider a rideshare. Expect a wait at busy times.
