Our Take
Milkman is a casual Over-the-Rhine spot on Race Street that serves burgers, hot dogs and drinks. CityBeat readers named it one of the city's best burgers, with the Cali Burger as the must-try, and it ranked second on a 2025 list of the area's highest-rated burger restaurants.
It is an easy stop if you are exploring OTR on foot, and it is a short walk from Krueger's Tavern if you want to compare two of the neighborhood's favorite burgers. It suits a quick lunch as well as a casual dinner.
