Minetta Tavern is a wood-paneled Greenwich Village institution, and its Black Label Burger is the reason many burger lovers make the trip. Time Out New York lists it at around $31, firmly in splurge territory, made with a dry-aged beef blend and served with caramelized onions and pommes frites.

Reservations are hard to get, so plan ahead or try the bar.
