Our Take
The Owl opened in 1945 to serve Manhattan Project workers from the Trinity Site, and most experts consider it the strongest candidate for the first green chile cheeseburger. It's about a 90-minute drive south of Albuquerque. Customers pin dollar bills to the wall, and the money is donated to charity once a year.
