Prime 16

Prime 16 opened on Temple Street in 2008 with a simple idea: high-quality beef burgers and a big craft beer list. It uses all-natural Angus beef raised without added hormones or antibiotics, makes its sauces and condiments in-house, and works with local bakeries, breweries and creameries.

The menu runs from a house signature burger to the Honey Truffle, The Smoker and a Cajun melt, plus turkey and quinoa patties and a build-your-own option. Its downtown location near the Green and Yale makes it an easy stop for visitors.
