Our Take
Proper Burger Co. sits next to a craft brewery from the same group, and the kitchen likes to cook with the house beer. The Rarebit Sauce blends beer with two cheeses and gets spooned over a double-stacked burger, and the menu also rotates creative specials.
Vegan and veggie burgers are on the menu, so it is an easy choice for a mixed group. Pair your burger with a beer from the brewery next door and you have an easy, relaxed evening on South Main Street.
