Secret Sandwich Society

Secret Sandwich Society is a downtown spot on East Grace Street, set in a former clothing store, and despite the name its burgers are a big part of the draw. The kitchen likes bold, loaded toppings, and the burgers rank among the city's most-reviewed on Yelp.

Order the Society Fries, topped with pimiento cheese, on the side. It is a good pick for lunch downtown or before a show at one of the nearby theaters, and the cocktail list makes it work for dinner too.
