Smack Burgers

Smack Burgers is a casual counter on East Alma Avenue that ranks among the San Jose area's highest-rated burger restaurants in diner reviews. It is a casual, neighborhood-scale spot rather than a destination dining room.

It sits a short drive south of downtown, which makes it handy for a quick lunch away from the busier dining districts. Check its current menu before you go, since smaller shops tend to update their offerings. It is a useful option on the way to or from events south of downtown.
