Our Take
Sun Cattle Co. builds on the El Reno onion burger: the patty is smashed on top of a pile of thinly sliced onions until they caramelize into the meat. Mike Rowe called it "the best onion burger I've ever had." If onions aren't your thing, the Theta skips them for hickory sauce and grated American cheese.
