The Royal Blue is a neighborhood bar in Station North, in the building that used to be Gallery One Bar, and its smash burger has become one of the most talked-about in the city. Two seasoned Angus patties get sticky griddled onions, applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, iceberg and the house RB sauce on a sesame Martin's bun.
